1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.

Re-clean or correct the issue at no additional cost
…as long as the concern is related to the original service performed.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

We were unable to complete the service due to an issue on our end

A service was billed or charged incorrectly

A re-clean inspection confirms that the original service was not performed properly
Refunds are not offered for:

Pre-existing damage or stains that cannot be removed

Issues caused by structural defects (gutter damage, rotten wood, loose paint, etc.)

Results that fall outside normal expectations for pressure washing or cleaning

Work areas that were inaccessible or unsafe
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:

Missed appointments or no-shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service

Services already completed that meet professional cleaning standards

Stains or damage that power washing cannot remove (rust, oxidation, deep oil stains, paint failure, etc.)

Issues caused by customer-provided materials or instructions
4. Quality Limitations
Some surfaces may not achieve a “like-new” result due to:

Age

Material deterioration

Oxidation
-
Permanent staining
-
Prior improper cleaning
These limitations are not valid reasons for a refund.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
