1. Services We Provide

P&T Washing offers:

  • Pressure washing

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Window cleaning

All services are performed professionally and according to industry standards.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may vary if the job conditions differ from the original description.

  • Any pricing adjustments will be communicated before work begins.

3. Access Requirements

To complete your service, you agree to provide:

  • Safe access to all cleaning areas

  • Running water and electricity (if needed)

  • Removal of vehicles, decorations, and personal items blocking work areas

If access is blocked or unsafe, a reschedule or service fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, or approved electronic payments.

5. Property Protection

We do our best to protect your property. However, P&T Washing is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage (loose paint, cracked windows, damaged screens, rot, oxidation, rust, etc.)

  • Water intrusion caused by structural vulnerabilities

  • Pre-existing gutter damage or poor installation

  • Disturbance to landscaping due to water pressure or ladder placement

 

6. Window Cleaning Disclaimer

Some stains or damage cannot be removed, including:

  • Hard water stains

  • Mineral buildup

  • Scratches

  • Fogging or defects between double-pane glass

These are considered pre-existing conditions.

7. Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer

Gutter cleaning includes debris removal and downspout flushing (when accessible).
We are not responsible for underground drainage blockages or structural gutter defects.

8. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather, including:

  • Heavy rain

  • Thunderstorms

  • Strong winds

  • Unsafe temperatures

We will notify you promptly if a reschedule is needed.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours.
We will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided it relates to the original service.

11. Limited Liability

P&T Washing’s liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.

12. Photos & Marketing

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation and marketing.
To opt out of photo use, please notify us in writing before service.

13. Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
